for
Enduring Success
This page is for decision-makers—whether
you're leading a team, shaping training strategy,
or choosing external partners who bring both rigour and heart.

Our Story
We founded Sales Call Trainings Ltd. in the summer of 2015, built on a shared belief: that performance grows when people feel seen, supported, and stretched. Over time, we—Niko Verheulpen (B2B) and Staci Callender (B2C)—discovered how complementary our backgrounds are. More importantly, we recognised how well our values align.

That’s when SCT was born. Not just Sales Call Trainings, but a philosophy of Strive. Connect. Transform. Sustainable business growth doesn’t happen in isolation—it starts with how people show up for themselves, their clients, and each other.

How we can help you
Our approach is centred on your reality—not a textbook version of it. We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all programmes. We co-create training and coaching solutions that address your people’s challenges, dynamics, and goals.

Through a Person-Centred Approach, we foster an environment where individuals feel safe to reflect, are courageous enough to grow, and are motivated to take action. Whether we work with sales teams, service leaders, or new managers, we ground everything in psychological safety and practical momentum.

What you receive is transformation that lasts—because it’s grounded in human insight, not merely process.

Our Commitment to You
We don’t just train; we evolve—with you. We continuously invest in our development to bring you relevant, credible expertise, holding certifications in:

-
Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt)
-
Psychological Safety in the Workplace
-
Mental Health First Aid
-
Typology and Behavioural Profiling
-
Business Process & Service Design
We also partner with a broad network of specialists and innovative organisations—bringing in external perspectives that enrich the journey and keep our work sharp, inclusive, and tailored.
Our goal? To be the type of external partner who adds clarity, objectivity, and spark—without ever losing the human touch.

Our Mission
Performance Grows Where People Feel Acknowledged
We believe performance is not just about KPIs; it is about connection. Every training or coaching session we deliver represents an opportunity to strengthen trust, unlock insights, and align people with purpose.

Whether someone is just starting or leading a team of twenty, we’re here to support growth that is real, relational, and measurable. We integrate sales techniques, emotional intelligence, resilience, and collaborative thinking—because success today requires more than skill. It requires readiness.

At SCT, we help your people perform at their best. When that happens, everyone wins—your teams, your clients, and your business.

I bring a calm, grounded presence to customer-focused environments—particularly in retail and hospitality, where the pace is fast, expectations are high, and every interaction matters. My background includes running three North London hair salons and leading a team of over thirty colleagues across a seven-to-seven schedule. It taught me the value of trust, resilience, and clear communication on the shop floor.

What I love most is helping people find confidence and clarity in their roles—whether through refining customer interactions or shaping collaborative team processes that actually work. My focus is always on what makes things better, not just busier.
Outside work, I stay active through running, rock climbing, and gardening—hands-on spaces that remind me growth takes consistency, curiosity, and a bit of grit.

My work centres on helping people do more than just learn—I help them want to apply what they’ve learned. With a background in B2B sales and years of experience coaching and training diverse professionals—from private bankers to healthcare advisors—I’ve come to understand that change only sticks when it taps into someone’s intrinsic motivation.

In many of the programmes I lead, especially those tied to broader change strategies, I focus on what’s often overlooked: the desire phase. As an external partner, I’m in a unique position to have the open, honest conversations that internal teams can’t always reach—connecting individual motivation to business outcomes in a way that’s both human and strategic.

Outside of client work, I find joy in assembling 1,500-piece puzzles—particularly ones that feature gardens. It’s a quiet echo of the work I do every day: making sense of complexity, piece by piece.
