My work focuses on helping people move from learning to wanting to apply what they learn. With B2B sales and consulting experience across sectors, I pay close attention to intrinsic motivation and the factors that make behaviour change stick.
As an external partner, I can surface insight that internal teams often cannot reach, linking personal agency to operational outcomes.
